Returns & Refunds Policy

At ZEVCASE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below before submitting a return request.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once production, fulfillment, quality inspection, or shipping preparation has begun, orders can no longer be canceled.

Because many orders enter production shortly after purchase, we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible if changes or cancellations are required.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • The item must include all original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns that are not caused by product defects, incorrect items, damaged products, or shipping errors, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, insurance fees, import fees, carrier handling charges, and any other expenses associated with returning a package are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ZEVCASE is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, insurance charges, carrier fees, and other third-party costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.


Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Promotional, clearance, discounted, or final-sale items

  • Products modified after delivery

  • Unauthorized returns


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization from ZEVCASE, any shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, storage fees, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
