Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you need assistance, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Warranty
All ZEVCASE products are covered by a 90-Day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper use or modifications
• Lost or stolen products
