Order Processing & Production

Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins the production and fulfillment process.

Each order is carefully prepared, produced, inspected, and packaged before shipment. To ensure every product meets our quality standards, all items undergo multiple quality checks prior to dispatch.

Order Processing Time: 2–3 Business Days

During peak seasons, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may occasionally require additional time.

Our goal is always to prepare and ship orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect.


Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 8–15 Business Days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10–18 Business Days (including processing time)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

International shipments may occasionally require additional transit time.


Sustainable Packaging

As part of our commitment to responsible business practices, ZEVCASE uses thoughtfully designed packaging that balances product protection with environmental responsibility.

To reduce unnecessary waste, some orders may be shipped in simplified protective packaging while maintaining the level of protection required for safe delivery.

Our priority is to ensure your order arrives safely and securely while minimizing excess packaging materials whenever possible.


Customs, Duties & Import Processing

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import processing, local carrier handling procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

Transit times may be affected by these procedures and are outside of ZEVCASE's direct control.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

ZEVCASE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take several business days to become active after shipment.

You can track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur.

Delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather events, public holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered delivery failures.

If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team and we will assist in investigating the shipment status.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Our team will review the situation and work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

Additional documentation or photographs may be required during the investigation process.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if part of your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package received

  • Photos of the item(s) received

Our support team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution when applicable.
